What is Portable Jaw Crusher?

The Portable Jaw Crusher is a portable unit which consist of feed hopper, grizzly feeder, jaw crusher and discharge conveyor on the trailer chassis. One deck screen can be installed to grizzly feeder as an option to remove the fine material. How Does Portable Jaw Crushers Work?

The portion of the material fed into the feed hopper, which is larger than the grizzly opening , enters the crushing chamber of the crusher through the feeder and is crushed by compressing it against the fixed jaw. The moving jaw is driven by an eccentric shaft. The crushed material is discharged to the conveyor belt on the unit.
