DKTEC supplied and commissioned an HZS180 commercial concrete batching plant in the Philippines, providing a reliable high-capacity solution for a large-scale construction project. The project required a batching system capable of maintaining stable production, accurate material weighing, and consistent concrete quality during continuous operation. Based on the project requirements and available site conditions, DKTEC developed a practical plant configuration integrating aggregate storage and feeding, cement and powder material handling, precise weighing, high-efficiency mixing, and concrete discharge systems.
The HZS180 batching plant features a robust steel structure and optimized equipment layout, providing good overall stability while making operation and routine maintenance more convenient. The aggregate batching system ensures a continuous and controlled supply of materials, while the independent weighing systems provide accurate proportioning of aggregates, cement, water, and admixtures according to different concrete mix designs.
